Line Rental and Home Broadband Packages

    Hi all,

    I live in Cork. I'm currently with Vodafone for line rental + broadband and I'm looking at some other alternatives, especially a faster broadband. At the moment, I'm paying €40/month for 3Mb (which is supposedly upgraded to 8Mb but I'm not convinced at all - and my account still says 3Mb) with the landline.

    Line rental is necessary so I don't want to ditch it.

    Can you please tell me or point me to the right direction to see what other packages from what other companies are out there?

    I am with Smart on one of their LLU enabled exchanges and have nothing bad to say about them.

    The only reason I would consider leaving Smart is if/when UPC becomes available here.
