Just logged onto the UPC to check if my billing had been sorted and they have a survey. It's asks would you recommend to a friend and then explain what would help.

I simply filled in more channels!

    I suggested more HD channels

The banishment of those Cisco cable modem/routers would be a good idea! Some internet traffic usage meter, as recorded by UPC themselves, for users to access. That was another user's suggestion for this survey.

And more triple play coverage! There's still a number of parts of dublin without even the broadband service provided, notwithstanding the numerous towns across Ireland with no proper cable TV/internet whatsoever.

    I dont think they care

checked UPC website today and HD is in my area, so I called, they put me on hold and dropped the call. Since the rep had taken my phone number I expected a call back, I expect to much :D
