I was wondering is there an alternative to iTunes for managing my the music and everything on my iPhone 3GS? I don't mind keeping iTunes to update the iOS and things like that, but managing the music etc, I'd really like another app that would take care of it. iTunes seems slow and sluggish, at least on Windows 7.
