Hi there, I'm just wondering if anyone has ever taken part in a 'Show your Business Day' that Bank of Ireland do host in their branches?

I hope to take part in one soon, and was just wondering if anyone has any experience or advice that they could share.

    Thanks.

No real difference to the other networking events out there. Get yourself down there and sell yourself/business. I got some work from mine.

That's great that you got some work from yours.

Did you stay there the whole day to talk about people who approach you about the business? Did you have flyers/some kind of marketing material?

    Thanks.

    some info on their website:

    BORING

    Thats the word to use.

We did it at Christmas, took in a little money, but it was so utterly boring that we made our excuses for the following day. - Staff are better utilized elsewhere imo.
