moving jobs, feeling stressed

Ive been made redundant from my company. i immediately started interviewing for other internal positions.

The company took way too long getting back to me, so to ensure i have a job before i finish up i stated applying externally also.

I have now two meetings for potential roles external to the company, but all of a sudden my company has come back offering me a new job.

New job in same company is in a totally unrelated field, i would be starting from scratch ( but hold onto my wage and benifit level).

External Company 1 is a small consultancy agency. Their wages might not be just as good but the work is in the same field as im already skilled, so i would be building on to what i know, and they are the best in their business, and the experience would be 2nd to none.

External Company 2 is a middle sized new company. Its in a semi related field to my current experience but i wouldnt get the training or experience i would get in the other company. pay and benifits are the best here.

Easy and least stressful option is to stay in my current company and do something new, become a jack of many trades, master of none.

This appeals as i do suffer from anxiety, but damn it, i want to prove i can beat my anxiety!

Im leaning toward the small consultancy agency, but if i come out way short based on lack of wages or benifits, is it worth the hard slog for 18 months to get experience and come out the other side much more qualified?
