Is it possible to have perfect signal strength across all Freesat channels or would you need a massive non standard dish to get them all perfect. My dish at home is the standard Sky size and when installing I got about 75-80% signal strength in the installation menu and when looking at the strength on the BBC's it's around the 90% and this was the best it was possible for me to get during installation. If I look at some of the music channels or indeed the new E4HD the strength on these is somewhere around 55% or less. On the music channels there would be the odd but of distortion but on E4HD this doesn't happen.

it's not possible (without a big dish) to get perfect signal strength from all channels, as all the channels come from 4 (soon to be 5) different satellites, using several different coverage beams, located at 28 degrees east, you don't need 100% signal strength or quality, the majority of people have not got 100% signal, either strength or quality,
the signal strength is not as important as the signal quality, if the signal quality is not enough, then the picture breaks up, go through all your channels and then reply with a list of the channels that are not good, i.e. breaking up, then I can help you further, I know what your problem i, but need a list of affected channels to help you further, telling me your location would help too
