speed limit question

    can a section of road have two different speed limits? say 60k going east to west and 100k going west to east?

    I believe not on a single carriageway but yes on a dual carriageway/motorway
    (and only on roads that go east to west or west to east :D ).

    Yes, coming in towards towns or road works or dodgy roads the limits are often different on the same stretch in opposite directions.
