    I worked with a local TV station and yes, it's possible but it's ugly. You need a video mixer with basic chroma key features. Pretty expensive, I don't know what your budget is.

    Or you could use a plasma/LED/LCD set behind the person who speaks.

    What exactly do you want to do?
