First round in 4yrs What score?

Hey guy's
I havent played a round of golf in 4 years (fell out of love with the game) and with watching the masters on TV and also the good weather I thinking of going for a round very soon.
I used to play off of 14 and went as low at 10..played 2-3 rounds every week for 10yrs.
So the question...strokeplay: What score do you think ill score after not holding a golf club in 4 years?

I am thinking of offering a prize for this and just need a few days to work one out. (4ball voucher for a round of golf) venue to be confirmed--
I wont even take one practice swing before this round. 18 holes at Faithlegg golf club, Waterford.

if you want to take part in the competition add "Amateur World cup of Golf" as a friend on FACEBOOK and register your predicted score..only one score per person.

If its a tie in scores..front 9 back 9 scores count..so register both..
4 Ball voucher for Faithlegg Golf Club as a prize.
Don't forget to register on facebook for scores to count.

You'll have some real bad holes I'd say but coz you were off 10 before you'll have pars and bogeys too. I will go with 101.

Thinking of playing in the next two weeks.
I expect 2 BAD holes and the rest just bad lol
The driver was my rescue club..so hard to start off hitting that well without any practice. But I will give it 100%
Strokeplay is very unforgiving but its golf at its toughest.

I will post the scorecard..god what am i leaving myself in for. lol

I'll do live updates after 4-9-14-18holes with scores for each hole.

Hmmm golf is quite hard and while I do think you could get going again really quick I reckon the first round could be kinda hairy :rolleyes:

If I could get 3 other golfers that havent played in over a year to join me.
WOULD BE SOME LAUGH.

Played my first 9 holes in nearly 2 years last week and shot +1 so good scores can be gotten! I play off 9 (or at least I used to!).

I have a trapped nerve in my back so I can't chance a game of golf at the moment. But I am looking to play very soon. I am dying for a game.
Was at the Irish Open all last week promoting our Amateur Team World Cup of golf and I just wanted to hit a golf ball so bad.

If I had to guess my score in strokeplay I'd say anything under 96 would be good..I was playing off of 14 3 yrs ago.
Deffo joining a club again next year.

strokeplay, anything less than 100 will be a sucess.
Used to play off 14 when I last played.

Played with a guy a few weeks back, about 55 yrs old, hasnt played in one year and was off 18, we did a stableford so couldnt tell you his exact score but it was in and around 110 at best id say, was topping everything.
