Training alone

My kickboxing classes will be wrapping up for the summer in the next month or so:(

Anyone know how I could go about improving on my own during the summer off? I have a punchbag set up in my garage but I don't think I'm going to get anywhere by just going out and hitting it without any structure.

So what I'm really wondering if anyone could suggest a good way to train while I'm on my own.

    Cheers.

How much kickboxing training have you already done?

Been doing it for about a year. Trained twice a week and made good progress, and want to continue progressing.

A club that shuts for the summer sucks in my opinion-find 1 that stays open for its clients.

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.

To be fair it might be a college club, some of which are quite good for boxing etc but have to shut down over the summer.

Yeah its a university club so it can't really stay open.

I'll take a look around my hometown and try find something. Training alone is too difficult.

If you can't find something at home ask your instructor for advice, they would probably show you a few good drills to use or put you in touch with a club
