Alt rock bands with good bassists

I'm looking for alt. rock bands that have good, creative basslines.
Examples such as Muse, Dir en Grey (check out the song Yurameki) and The Used.

Any other such bands?
And please don't say RHCP and no root note riders like My Chemical Romance

Not all alt.rock but then I don't really know what alt.rock is.

I can't get enough of queenadreena at the moment. The sound of the bass in that band is savage. Check out, 'pretty like drugs'
