broadband billing, is this normal?

    asked vodafone to cancel DSL service off a phone line, at end of march, DSL service stopped working around the 8th april, yet vodafone want to bill me the entire month of april for DSL service that i didnt have..


    is this normal practice?

    With most bb contracts once you are out of your first 12 months you are required to give a month's notice to terminate the contract. In you case if you asked for cancellation at the end of March then you should have had bb up to end of April.

    You should point out to them that you were entitled to service up to the end of your month's notice.
