    hello
just wondering if anyone knew any good travel company to book a holiday to africa with?
I'd like to do a safari, meet some locals and see some different towns, and maybe a few days in a nice resort to relax on the beach!
will have 14-21 days off in january 2012. hopefully this is an ok time to go!. just rathr save up all this year and go somewhere different rather then the usual sun holiday to lanzarote etc!

Oasis is one overland company that are often talked about. Others are GAP, Contiki. I'm not sure if that's the kind of planned trip you're after. Other than that Trailfinders or USIT will have some deals/tours. Check out the stickie in the Independent Travel forum for details.
