There's a mediation conference and workshop coming up in Dublin on may 14th in independent colleges. Might be worth going along to it to find out about developments and get a better idea before signing up to a course. Also good way to network and find out about getting into the field.

I read somewhere ( dunno exactly where ) that most mediators have a legal background ?
