Seem's a bit pricy though, is that normal for US based marathons?

I guess you'd also have to be in half decent shape as the time limit is 4 hours for the half marathon and 4 and half hours for the full marathon!

I'm thinking of doing this next year, in fact I will do it once I can get decent prices for flights and accomodation. Has anyone done it?

The only problem is that it's normally on the same week as that rodeo championship thing, so rooms are probably more expensive.

Jaysus, I would have thought there'd be plenty of water stations, etc floating about at such a big marathon.
