Simple question what is the best fitting pair of jeans you ever owned ?

I got a great pair of Hilfigers years ago that I loved and wore to death. Was in there recently and they were all a bit skinny legged for me, so I'm still on the search for the perfect pair. All recommendations welcome. :)

There's a brand 'Polar' most of my jeans are from them, they all fit very very well.

I get them in Jean Junction, prices start at around €25, but you get the wear out of them. I have jeans I bought there around two years ago, I've worn them over and over and over and they are still great condition.

All my jeans (bar skinnies) are torn at the end, my own fault really as I tend to get them a bit too long (I don't like it when they look short on me).:o

You'll never believe me, but F&F in Tescos! I went in to get some round the house clothes and ended up with my best pair of fitting jeans.

Edit: think it was these, but they were light coloured:

I'm a bit of a weird shape, wide hips, short legs, but a nice curve to me (imo).

Either Gas Vivienne 5 boot cut. Got them for €65 in Genius, half price. A large number of years ago, still going (have a second pair I don't wear as much as they're a longer leg) or Seven Ginger (have 3 pairs - first two somewhat, ok a hell of a lot, more than €65 but the last ones were €65 in Kildare Village) which may not be flared enough for this season's flare trend!

I sound like a broken record around here, but it's all about Gap's Long & Lean. They are the best jeans ever.

I've never had jeans which I never wanted to take off, whatever they're made of it was so soft and comfy :P
    Need more...

I have a great pair of hilfigers love them, I also love Zara skinny jeans. I hate when they get worn as proper fitting comfortable jeans are the most difficult item to acquire.

Dr Denim jeans definitely. I was recommended them by someone on this forum and I've loved them ever since

Had to buy a pair of jeans in an emergency during the snow* and popped into Dunnes for a cheapo pair of black skinnies. They are amaxing - not too skinny at the ankle and fit like a glove. Don't seem to loose their shape and wash really well! I would NEVER have bought jeans in Dunnes before but I have 3 pairs now :)

*absolutely snotted myself in a dirty bug puddle of half melted snow/grit :(

I find River Island jeans have the best fit and quality around. Its the only shop that I can walk into a pick up an 8 or 10 and know they will fit me. Currently I have two pair that Ive wore to death, there day's are numbered but Im still clinging on for dear life. :(

I don't like RI jeans, I find that they stretch in the wash and look baggy on me. I have a pair of A wear jeans that are the same after looking great for the first few washes! :(

I had a pair of pennys flair jeans and I LOVED but they ripped so badly at the ends I threw them out. My favourite pair at the moment are from Pennys, they a fit and flair jeans, lovely thick flair at the end and make my bum look lovely!! <3

My favourite skinny jeans were from Bershka, my hips ended up too big for them after a year or so, so I gave them to a friend. They looked like leggings they were so tight and they were the right side of rock chic for me! :) Man I wish Bershka would bring jeans like that out again.

I've actually never had the perfect pair of jeans, but if you're in Dublin, you might be interested to know that Liffey Valley SC has a 'jean clinic' atm. It's called Jeanius, and you make an appointment at the customer service desk and you'll be helped find the right jeans for your shape etc. It's on at the weekends afaik, but only for a limited time.

Oh that sounds good might have a wander out there.

The shape I really like at the moment is the fit and flare, gives a nice shape to your hips and thighs without making you look like you've been squeezed into a sausage skin.
