I am a bit worried whether I have got traffic tickets or not. I know there would be letters issued, but I moved and I havent yet changed my address (will do soon). Called the previous landlord to take the letters but never could reach him. Can I check my records with any garda stations??

You should be able to check on production of a valid drivers license.

I don't get the hangup though, there's nothing you can do about moving house. If ever you get summonsed over failure to pay then simply tell the judge you moved house and never received any notices. If you have proof you moved (e.g. signed a new lease for a new address on a date after the offence) then there'll be no repercussions - pay the fine and move on.

You might be asked if you notified the licensing authority of the change of address like you're supposed to.

No its not a joke. If you were caught, you were caught. OWN UP TO IT.

If you type in your reg it has a button on the right to show you the photo of your car. You can see it fair and square. You cannot get out of it. See the photo now. Its direct from the camera van.

I hate it when people claim it wasnt them.

    Again?????!

    What does that mean?

That head jagle is claiming he wasnt there, but he is on camera. He even admits it now and said the photo was "VERY GOOD", his words.

Personally I think its taking a liberty passing irish camera data to a UK website, data protection and all that.

Have you put in your reg? or are you claiming you dont speed and the camera hasnt caught you ???

I think this should be posted over in the legal forum for an opinion.

Generally - yes, but given the thread title, not so much. Most have done the 'experiment' before they read down and see that it's a hoax! ;)
