Looking for something cheap and cheerful to make burgers etc. I travel around a fair bit so I can collect the mincer.
    All items considered

Bought a hand mincer, and minced most of a deer, - My right elbow is still painful 3 months later!

If you cannot get an electric one , ask a butcher to do it for you. It is cheaper and less painful.

Was looking at hand ones when I got your post. I had an old hand one which i used for small amounts of venison but it's had it's day. Got a bbq so burgers will be the dish of the sunmer and like you said I don't want my arm to fall off.
Electric it is so. Again all item considered
