    Guys,

I have been really getting into the running now for the past month .
I have been constantly running 5k four times a week , and have ran a couple of 10ks .

I'm not doing massively fast times but doing for fitness .
Never really unfit but got a bit of a belly coming on so decided to put my long term ambitions into practice .

    Here's the thing ...
I ran 8k last night and got the usual bit of stiffness afterwards , but woke to use the loo in the night and could hardly walk on my left foot.
The pain in concentrated on the left sole of my left foot , in the center of the sole to the left a bit.
It's really sore to walk on today .

Any ideas of what I may have done / treatment ?

    M

Hi mixednuts great to see you getting back into it but there's a no medical advice rule on this forum and people will be only guessing.
But maybe google the likes of gait analysis and shoe types or go see a physio.
