What's the URL? That's one isn't working. Try going to www.yoururl.com/wp-admin
Then you should be asked for your username and password and then you'll be into your dashboard.

As for moving to your own name. It's not too difficult. Export you whole blog so you have it as one big file. Then buy hosting and hopefully the hosting will have video tutorials as to how to do the rest. It's like putting together furniture, just follow the directions.
