[Wanted] Accommodation for four in Dublin

    Looking for accommodation for four students - 4 bedrooms for about 1600 a month.

    Ideally would not be too far away from Trinity, or bus etc should be easily accessible.

    Would be interested in renting at the beggining of September!

    Hi, we have a house that would be available to rent. Its on Sussex Road, just off Leeson street and about ten mins walk from Stephens Green. Theres 3 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, its very spacious and rent is 1600euro per month which would include refuse charges and upc. Its available from June 1st which is the only problem, you could take the lease until June next year for the year but wouldnt be able to hold it until September. If you are interested though, let me know!
