I am currently reading Chinua Achebe's 'Things fall Apart' and came across this quote in a question on the book:

“Non-Western literature is only recognized as ‘world literature’ when it is characterized by extroversion and engagement with what are assumed to be European discourses.”

Does anyone know where its from??
