Shareable CRM ?

    Folks,

    Any recommendations for web bases CRM that's shareable (like google calendar), low cost/ free if possible ?

    I've been trying freecrm.com, salesforce.com, sugarcrm.com with mixed results and am put off in terms of over complexity/cost.

    Only a two person outfit right now, but need something that we'll hopefully have to scale as time goes on.

    I've gone through SugarCRM and Salesforce (expensive, dire customer service) before settling on vTiger which is free and easy to use. I have it installed on a web server so it is accessible from anywhere, including an iPhone app. There's just two of us using it for sales automation and customer support logging, but it has all the features we need for free.
