    name of the lecturer?

or even subject that it's for, and the course?

Surely one of these will work:

Contact the course leader for the course asking them to pass on a message?
Or the reception of the department/school you are in?
Or another lecturer in the same course/area?
Walk around the staff offices until you find his desk (admittedly this one could take a while)

Just for future readers, ask a registered student to use their Moodle account and add the various modules you need to his account.

In your case OP, there all on holidays for the next two weeks so they wont be responding to emails (well, some may be nice and check them). When did you email the lecturer?
