    Hi,

Currently in the process of building a storey and a 1/2. Have underfloor heating downstairs and going to use rads upstairs. Rooms are relatively large and was considering using Sola fan assisted rads that run at lower than typical temps, I think they will better suit the UF heating and condensing boiler...

I can't find anything on these rads, anyone have any experiences they can share or any other recommendations that suit my setup?

    TIA

I have a few of them in my Build. Each one needs a power source, so consider that. Its early days yet but you cant hear the ones i have even on boost!, as i had a concern there based on info i found on the web. The throw out more heat output, so for me i had big rooms, and didnt have underfloor, so suited me.

Thanks Tred, do you find the rooms stay warm for long after the rads stop blowing? one concern I have is they are not a type of storage heater as such and they may need to run longer, or more often to keep a rooms warm?

    PM sent... cheers...

Yep, putting in lots of insulation and triple glazed, etc so hope not to have an issue with upstairs (or downstairs heating)!!

Anyone have alternatives as I have ~1 week to decide what to put in. At the moment I am leaning towards the Sola, even thought they are more expensive...
