Sore Knee

    Hi Folks
    Looking for suggestions. I have a problem with my left knee getting sore while on the bike. It gets sore behind the knee and i get slight pins and needles on my left foot.My technique is fine and I have been professionally measured for the bike.Can anyone shed some light on what is going wrong
