    Guys,

In the process of setting up an on-line business selling personalised products. I have been thinking about this for past few years and think it's the right time to take the next step. Anyway, I'm in a bit of a pickle as I was originally going to do one site selling a range of products but I'm starting to think now that I should split the site in two as there are certain products that I will be selling that have a huge market in Ireland and possibly worldwide.

The first site would sell products that relate to the market I'll be targeting (over 22 million euro spent in this market in 2010 in Ireland) so for that reason I think it would be best to focus on these products first.

The second site would also generate alot of interest and in my opinion good turnover but nowhere near the the potential of my first idea.

    Any idea's and suggestions appreciated.

    Cheers

Focus on one of those and don't look at the other one until you can call the first one a success ;)

Beta test both, work out what level of ROI is proportionate and do them in that proportion.
