Claiming Tax Back

Hi Guys, Have recently registered for PAYE online because i was looking to claim tax back. I was unemployed for a month just before i got my current job. Can i still claim money back?

Can i still claim money back?

On your revenue online, you can go back up to four years, if you have medical receipts then enter those amounts for the previous four years and once this is done then request a P21 balancing statement for the past 4 years. Any money owing to you should come back however if you were unemployed for a month this year then your new employer should right your tax by the end of the current year.
