I heard there was some talk of pre good friday beers after this one. Any truth to that rumour?

    ha,ha none taken.

Good idea. But no going for drinks beforehand. Don't want any hecklers from the back...

Pick a place close by and remind me to mention this at the end.

Hardly training smarter (i know) but life has to happen too ;)

I was thinking of venturing along to this too, and the promise of a tasty beverage or two could be the hook that I need to get me out the door ;)

Sure - but the focus is not really on these type events. Thats more by way of saying I've experienced them and learned from them.
The topics mentioned bring it back to basics
    Ironman Austria
Static Ironman Grafton St (for want of a title)
    Connemara Ultra Marathon
Ran 7 marathons in 6 days

Thanks to Eoin for this yesterday evening. Picked up a few tips and seriously thinking about having a bash at the Clontarf Half Marathon now. Cheers. Ed.
