Looking for my first road bike in 15 years. This is the bike that will convince me (and the other half) that it's something I'll seriously get into - or not. So I'm looking for something enjoyable to ride and in good condition without spending mad money on it. Yet.

Likely to be used for weekend and evening spins, hopefully building up to the odd sportive.

I'm 5'10 with 31" inside leg, which most size guides seem to say translates into a 54/55 or M frame.

Looking to spend up to €400-450 depending on the bike. I'm based in North Dublin.

I have a bike for 750E a bit above your price.
But if buy this there is reason to look for in the future.
The bike as a package is 100% from frame, components and wheels.
Just search on the site for Beone Blizzard

    bike_boy - Lovely bike.

That's too rich for me. Seeing as it's so pretty :), I could stretch to €500 and stop it gathering dust. If you're holding out for the asking price then let me know and I won't waste your time.

It's a giant defy 3 . Very good condition. Have probably clocked up around 1000k on it . See I have a specialised sirrus hybrid which I normally use to commute to work . Have you got an email address I can send pics. Don't know how to post them on this

http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055376129 on how to post images. Just because I'm not sure if it's allowed in forum rules to do it in private. Suggest you take your mobile number out too.
