Airport Tax

I was looking to book flight to germany however I was expecting some reduction because of reduced travel tax also I booked some flights to Bulgaria and paid tax both ways but discovered there is no departure tax from Bulgaria. Does anybody know if I can get a refund or at least find out what I am paying for. thanks +…
