Which WD Media Centre?

I'm thinking about getting one of these media centres but not sure which would be better. Western Digital Elements Play 1TB Multimedia HDMI Drive is around €100 before shipping and seems to do everything I need and has plenty of storage but the WD TV Live Hub Media Center 1TB seems to be getting much better reviews even…

I'm thinking about getting one of these media centres but not sure which would be better.

Is there that much a difference between them? (ie: the sound and picture, not too bothered about on-line steaming)
