Flakey Paint

    Hi Folks,

    I am looking to decorate one of our bedrooms into a nursery. We are looking to repaint the walls, however, in patches, the paintwork i sflaking to show the old paint underneath.

    What do i need to do to ensure that when i put the new colour on that it doesnt happen again.

    scrape off old flakey paint, sand where it was flakey, and dust then paint the walls with a coat of p.s.u :) : primer,sealer,undercoat to be exact.
    that will sort the problem for you :D
