Redundancy Question

    I recently got laid off & Im due to recieve my redundancy in the next 2 weeks,

    However some of the other employees that i have been talking to (who also got laid off) are questioning our payments,

    We got paid for mileage & travel time (ie how long it took us to get to the job) every month,,

    Should be included in our redundancy as it was part of our salary..At The Moment we are only getting paid for the hours we would normally work, Travel & mileage not included..

    Anybody Have any info?Have Checked everywhere on the net..

    My initial reaction was no but after reading on NERA I'm not sure anymore. Best bet either way is give NERA a call at 1890 80 80 90 and ask.
