Hi, I am thinking to buy a ice cream machine and start sale the ice cream on the street( I think people now what I mean), but I have ABSOLUTELY no ideea about were to start with the paper work.Would anyone now were should I start off ( Revenue,or....) the paper work,and were I could get the info?Many thanks.

There is a casual trading licence that you will need from Dublin City Council.

Hi, thank you for reply.i did read,and see that actually there are designated areas and streets for specific trades .I was thinking of different streets( Upr Baggot str for ex),Henry street.....Any advice?Many thanks.

There's might also be a food trading issue here. Ice cream machines are quite high risk so might also come under food safety legislation. You may need to talk to your local Environmental Health Officer.
