hi all,

just wondering what your opinions are on the whole Kurten Forbes debate?? Seemingly Jessica will not release Lady forbes 5 horses as she claims she is owed 1.5million from her.

I didint realise one of the horses being held is Libertina,Cosmo and a few other of her better horses. According to the Irish Field, they are worried that the horses are not being looked after which I personally feel is a bit harsh. Again another dispute will ruin our chances for London 2012 as most of Jessicas top horses are Lady Forbes........

Looks like a mess of a situation. Hard to know who is right but it's hard to believe the Kurtens claim that Lady Forbes owes them €1.5 million.

I thought this matter was now in the process of being resolved through the courts and a settlement agreed last week? Has this changed since?

Seems to be all sorted now. Lady Forbes got her horses back.
Roger Yves Bost rumoured to be getting some of them. That would be dissapointing, we had thought she would have given them to an Irish rider.
