Openoffice Calc problem

I'm trying to create a soft copy invoice template in Openoffice Calc, referencing a sample hard copy I have. I need to select 16 cells (4 x 4) and re-size the height and width independent to the rest of the sheet. Is this possible? Thanks for the help. K
