I may be posting in the wrong area but a friend of mine is looking to track down info on a business from the 1940s called "D & T Keating, The Ammunition House, New Ross". Aside from asking via the local papers and historians, are there other ways of tracking such info. Just looking for pointers really.

    Cheers.

2 thoughts: trade directories/phone directories (probably in your local county library)

Valuations office in Dublin - a business would pay commercial rates.
They're in the same building as the General Register Office in Abbey St.
