apologies, for all these different questions, my expectations are only to look for opinion on these issues.

Is it possible for someone to claim adverse possession over a piece of land where another person has an implied grant, i.e. a right of way?

Also is an implied grant affected in the same way as an easement by prescription in the land reform and conveyancing act 2009, in that it would only be an easement in law by acquiring a court order

We will be seeking legal advice from a solicitor in due course.

    Thanks
    Wazzo
