Trouble picking univeristy path

I've pretty much decided i'm gonna return to uni to do another Bachelors. I'm stuck between doing a Bioscience degree (don't even know which one to finalize) or waiting another year and trying to get into pharmacy.

I'm accepted into uni this year for any Biology course I want there, if I wait another year the university fees will most likely be doubled or more and I'm not guaranteed a place on the course, due to the interview where I have to do a 5 minute presentation with a Q&A and then explain why I wanna do a second degree, i.e. pharmacy.

There are pharmacies everywhere, so theoretically I could get work near where I live. The bioscience labs are 10-25 miles away.
I would deal with the public in pharmacy.. I have social anxiety, so I dunno if thats a good or a bad thing.. might lab work get claustrophobic?

I hear conflicting reports on the difficulty of the degrees, regarding which would be harder.
Salary would seem to be much greater after a pharmacy degree.

I'm not sure which I would enjoy more, and I'm worried that if I waited another year and failed the interview for pharmacy, I would be left to go back to bioscience degrees, at a much higher tuition fee and having wasted a year!

    Any advice?

Life is full of so many twists and turns that planning on a job in 5 years time +that is close to where you live now might not make sense.
I think you should decide what your preference is first, without considering finances/chances of getting it. Its not clear from your post, not sure is it clear in your head!

Typically I do this. Decide heads pharmacy; tails bioscience. Toss the coin. Your reaction to the result will tell you what to do.
