i start work for two mates who are starting a new business soon in dublin.
ive worked for myself most of my 30year career but am looking forward to money every friday ,also to give my mind a rest and hopefully come up with my next project.anyway the point i want to make is that they have got a large unit with large yard for a vehicle type business
1 year free rent , and half of my wages ,all paid for by dublin city council.
so anyone looking to start up its a buyers market
go and get it

Could you explain this a little more, why would the council pay your wages? Under what scheme was this? Are you there as a CEB mentor or something?
