Anyone like to guess when we might finally see a manned launch of either system.

Are NASA planning on using both or are they going to do with one or the other ?

We could see a manned launch as early as 2014 for Dragon, fingers crossed.
As for NASA they will keep all possibilities open but no decision will be taken until a system has proved itsself reliable.

Any chance of dream chaser being launched on a falcon ? Launching on a atlas v would be a lot pricier.

Not likely as they are competing companies, unless they come to some agreement but unlikely I would say.
