Paying Gas & Electric through token meter

Hi all, just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this I have a token meter and am thinking of changing from bord gais to the ESB for it, but is it possible that I could use the token meter to also pay the gas? Thanks

Hi Una I have the token meter for the Electric from the ESB, but could i also use the same token meter to pay on my gas as well if I switch to the ESB

Unfortunately your existing electricity token meter will not cover you for gas with ESB Electric Ireland - that would have to be paid separately via one of the other methods https://www.esb.ie/esbcustomersupply/residential/manage-your-account/paying-your-bill.jsp

However, if you were to avail of gas with ESB Electric Ireland, your token meter would continue to cover your electricity.
