    8 week Yoga Course in the heart of Dublin City (off O'Connell Street). This course is perfect for you if you have been considering learning yoga OR have recently begun to practice yoga. No previous yoga experience is required. At the end of this 8 week course you will understand the principles of yoga and mind body balance and know how to practice beginner level poses.

    Course dates:
    Wednesday 27th April - Wednesday 15th June (no class on Wednesday 8th June). 8 weeks in total

    Time:
    19:00-20:00
    Please arrive 20 minutes early for the first class to allow time for registration.

    Location:
    Best Western Academy Plaza Hotel (off O'Connell Street) Dublin 1

    Rates:
    €80 for 8 weeks, OR bring a friend and pay €150 for two people. Drop in rate €15

    What to bring with you:
    Bring your own yoga mat, comfortable & lose clothes and a happy, open mind!
