engineer/bulder/architect report on a house

    Hi, AIB want me to get an engineers report from one of the above who is registered to do so. The house that I am looking to buy is half built and AIB want a costing to finish it off for the mortgage application.

    Anyone get this done lately?Have they come down in price from the boom or what is the going rate? Anyone recommend someone to do it in the Athlone area?

    This is common, the costings should be realistic and based on your specific job not generis costs per square foot.

    Hi, we are currently looking into building and have contacted Name removed

    Has anyone any ideas re. what architects are reputable in Athlone area? We want to meet with 3-4 different ones before deciding who to go with. Any advice at this stage would be very welcome
