Roofing costs

Hi. i have a property in that needs re roofing, its a typical north Dublin single storey 2 room house at the front with a twin apex at the front with a split level return at the back, approx 250 tiles per apex so about 1500 tiles in total. What do you think a reasonable cost to replace the tiles/batons/ gullys would be?

Can you re-use any of the old tiles as depending on what is there and the age getting matching ones may be a problem..
is it a terraced house or what?

Is there side access?
