Seeing things that aren't there

I've had this happening on and off for about a month now. I keep seeing something move or go past where I'm looking just as I turn away. So I look back and there's nothing. It's irritating. Anyone else ever got anything like this? Could it be from a lack of something?

Did you change your frames about the time you began to notice these things? When I changed mine, the arm was wider and I kept seeing it when it out of the corner of my eye when i turned my head.

Bit vague but does it appear like a fly or a spider web and moves with your eye, also is it obvious in the morning and/or against a light background?

It's more when I'm walking or turn around I see something move and I look back to see what it was and there is nothing there. It like my eyes focus on something before I look away.
I also find it hard to focus on things. I can see crystal clear but If I try to look at something my eyesight will almost force me to sort of "zoom out".
I know its very vague but I'm find it hard to explain.
