    The Weigh Inn Festival of Darts 2011


    Weigh Inn Bar, Omagh, Co. Tyrone.


    19th/20th/21st August


    £7000 Prize Fund


    Main event two tiered. Sixteen groups, top 2 in each group qualify for main event “The Weigh Inn Irish Open” £4500 prize fund.


    Non qualifiers side event £1700 prize fund. Last 16 paid in each event.


    ALL PLAYERS QUALIFY.


    Guaranteed TWO DAYS play, Saturday & Sunday.


    Friday night event “The Weigh Inn Shoot-Out Classic” £10 entry fee, prize fund = all entry fees + £500 added. Last 8 paid, first round losers competition.


    Entry fee £50 per person main event. This also includes free entry on Friday night. First 64 paid up guaranteed entry.


    Format: Saturday two sessions 1pm/7pm Round Robin best of 9 legs. Sixteen groups main event, winners of groups play runners-up open draw (you cannot play the runner-up in your own group) Sunday 3pm start. Last 16 open draw best of 9, semis best of 11 & final best of 13. Side event 1pm start open draw 32 players best of 7, semis 9 & final 11.

    Sunday 17th July one day open darts competition. Winner: 1 week for 4

    people in a 5* self catering beach side apartment in Marbella.

    Includes flights and airport transfer. (or cash alternative subject to entries) Runner up: Package for two to the Killarney Festival of Darts in October. Package includes 3 nights B & B and entry into the Players Championship. (or cash alternative) Semis £100. Entry fee £25 on the day or pre register on the website through pay pal £20. Limited to 64 players round robin format. Registration on the day up to 1.30pm Comp starts 2pm.

    guys draw has been made its up on the web site have a look should be a good comp and with 32 players guarntee to get there entry fees back spreading the wealth around

    Best of luck to everyone travelling to Omagh to compete in the Weigh Inn Festival of Darts.
    A great line-up and it should be a great competition.

    Anybody interested in competing in the Tom Kirby Memorial on August 28th. - - entries will be accepted at the Weigh Inn over the weekend.
