I'd say long sleeve.

Find one that doesn't restrict shoulders and you won't notice it.
Www.base2race.ie have a try before you buy option and a decent stock so worth looking in there.
I bought my first one in the wetsuit shop in ringsend last year.
Cycle superstore also do them and rent options.

Wiggle is also a good option but you can get similar prices here now and try on first/get fitted properly which should be your main priority.
