Issue with my 3v

    Right long story coming up:

    I recently bought an item off ebay for 35 euro, After a day they said they would refund me, so I went ahead and checked my paypal and it was empty as always, but my 3v card has now got nothing in it either? Is this a situation where I should open a case against seller or what? I mean it does say they refunded me...

    Where does it say you were refunded? If it says it somewhere in your Paypal account, then you were refunded. If it's an email, then these can be faked.

    The money will not show in Paypal if the funds originally came from the 3V card, they will go straight back to 3V. It will take up to a week for that to show though.

    It says on the Activity part of py paypalthat it was refunded by the person.
